This morning at Young At Heart we held our very first session based on the Cognitive Stimulation Therapy book “Making A Difference” published by The Journal of Dementia Care.

This morning at Young At Heart we had another visit from the new Dementia Advocate, Lucy, who was working with one of our members.
This morning at Young At Heart we had the opportunity to enjoy the nice weather and head outside in the church gardens for some outdoor game after our morning catch up over a cup of tea.

Moments like this are priceless! The effect on Maureen’s Wellbeing lasted for days and she now knows that she can go anywhere on “that clever little box”.
