Carers Meditation Podcast
A space to breathe. A moment for you.

Welcome to the Carers Meditation Podcast, created by Young At Heart ULO CIC.
Caring for someone you love can be both rewarding and deeply challenging. It can leave you physically tired, emotionally stretched, and often feeling as though there is no space left just for you.
This podcast offers that space.
Through a series of short guided meditations, designed especially for carers, you’ll find moments of calm, connection, and self-care — whether you have five minutes between tasks or a quiet half hour at the end of the day.
No experience with meditation is needed. Each episode will gently guide you to reconnect with your breath, ease stress, and return to the present moment.
You matter too — and this space is here for you.
